Over the past few weeks, while Darby has been eating, we have been toying with some nicknames. "Darby, Darby" with a sing songy tune has stuck and even Ewan does it. Another that has stuck for Mama and Daddy is "Pudgy Peanut" and we half regret this one already as we of course want to raise a confident girl, but it can be shortened to peanut in public. Also, in referencing www.urbandictionary.com, a very serious resource, we found pudgy actually means "fat that is attractive; just the right amount of fat" so that's ok right?!
In this week's photo you can see our Pudgy Peanut, we (especially mama) are very proud of every ounce of pudge! And on a side note the outfit she is wearing is the first outfit we bought when we found out we were pregnant with Ewan.
